By registering a player with Beighton Juniors FC, parents/guardians agree to pay the monthly subscription fee as determined by the club committee.

Subscription fees contribute towards:

• Pitch hire and facilities
• League and cup entry fees
• Training equipment
• Coaching resources
• Club administration and insurance costs
• FA affiliation fees

Monthly subscriptions are due on the agreed payment date each month.

• Payments should be made via the club's approved payment method.
• Failure to pay subscriptions may result in a player's registration being suspended until outstanding fees are cleared. Resulting in your child not being able to play until subscription payments are brought up to date. 
• Any financial difficulties should be discussed confidentially with the Club Treasurer or Committee as early as possible.

• Subscription payments are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for missed training sessions, holidays, illness, injury, or match cancellations due to weather.

• Players are expected to take reasonable care of any club-provided equipment.
• Lost or damaged kit due to negligence may need to be replaced at the parent's expense.

• Parents wishing to withdraw their child from the club must provide 1 month written notice.

• Any outstanding subscription fees must be settled before leaving the club.

All players, parents, guardians, coaches, volunteers, and spectators are expected to uphold the values of:

I understand that my club, League, County FA or The FA may take action, that could include:

• Giving me a verbal warning.
• Asking me to meet with the Club, League or CFA Designated Safeguarding Officer.
• Asking me to meet with the Club Committee.
• Asking that I complete an FA education course.
• Asking that I leave the match venue.
• Requesting that I do not attend future games.
• Suspending me or removing my Club membership.
• Fining me.
• Fining and/or suspending my Club.

About Referees, Assistant Referees and Match Officials:

• The FA believes that all Match Officials should be able to officiate free from the threat of violence or intimidation. Any threatening behaviour or physical contact on a Match Official will result in a lengthy exclusion from football and possibly a criminal prosecution.

• Players are encouraged to attend training sessions and matches regularly to support their development and commitment to the team.

• If a player is unable to attend a training session or match, parents/guardians should inform the team coach or manager as soon as possible via our match day platform Spond.

• Team selection for matches remains at the discretion of the coaching staff and may take into account attendance, attitude, effort, and availability.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date medical and emergency contact information.

• Any changes to a player's medical condition, medication, or emergency contact details must be communicated to the club promptly.

• Participation in football activities is undertaken at the player's own risk, and the club will take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment in line with FA guidance and safeguarding requirements.

• The club may use approved communication channels to share important information regarding training, fixtures, events, and club updates.

• Any use of photographs, videos, or other media involving players will be managed in accordance with the club's safeguarding protocols

• Players will be recorded during matches again this will be managed in accordance with the clubs safeguarding protocols. 

• Parents and carers must acknowledge that the club is committed to providing a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all children, free from abuse, neglect, bullying, discrimination, or exploitation.
• Parents and carers are expected to support the club's safeguarding principles, which include putting children first, promoting their welfare, and working collaboratively with the club, The FA, and statutory agencies.
• Parents and carers agree to support the club's "Good Practice" standards, which require treating everyone equally, using positive language, and maintaining professional boundaries.
• In the event of an immediate danger, parents and carers must call 999 and subsequently inform the Club Welfare Officer. For non-emergency concerns, they are instructed to listen, record the facts, refrain from investigating, and report the matter to the Club Welfare Officer immediately.
• arents and carers agree that the club maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding discrimination, bullying, and harassment.
• By agreeing to these terms, parents and carers accept that they are subject to this safeguarding protocol, as it applies to all club members, volunteers, spectators, and those representing the club.

• Beighton Juniors FC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

• Parents/guardians will be notified of any significant changes, and continued membership will constitute acceptance of the updated terms
