Beighton Junior FC Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Signing on Fees & Monthly Subscription

By registering a player with Beighton Juniors FC, parents/guardians agree to pay the monthly subscription fee as determined by the club committee.

Subscription fees contribute towards:

  • Pitch hire and facilities
  • League and cup entry fees
  • Training equipment
  • Coaching resources
  • Club administration and insurance costs
  • FA affiliation fees

2. Payment Terms

Monthly subscriptions are due on the agreed payment date each month.

  • Payments should be made via the club's approved payment method.
  • Failure to pay subscriptions may result in a player's registration being suspended until outstanding fees are cleared. Resulting in your child not being able to play until subscription payments are brought up to date. 
  • Any financial difficulties should be discussed confidentially with the Club Treasurer or Committee as early as possible.

3. Refunds

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed training sessions, holidays, illness, injury, or match cancellations due to weather.

4. Club Kit and Equipment

  • Players are expected to take reasonable care of any club-provided equipment.
  • Lost or damaged kit due to negligence may need to be replaced at the parent's expense.

5. Cancellation

  • Parents wishing to withdraw their child from the club must provide 1 month written notice.

  • Any outstanding subscription fees must be settled before leaving the club.

6. Club Values

All players, parents, guardians, coaches, volunteers, and spectators are expected to uphold the values of:

  • Respect

  • Teamwork

  • Sportsmanship

  • Inclusion

  • Positive Behaviour

Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.

7. Attendance and Participation

  • Players are encouraged to attend training sessions and matches regularly to support their development and commitment to the team.

  • If a player is unable to attend a training session or match, parents/guardians should inform the team coach or manager as soon as possible via our match day platform Spond.

  • Team selection for matches remains at the discretion of the coaching staff and may take into account attendance, attitude, effort, and availability.

8. Health, Safety and Medical Information

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date medical and emergency contact information.
  • Any changes to a player's medical condition, medication, or emergency contact details must be communicated to the club promptly.

  • Participation in football activities is undertaken at the player's own risk, and the club will take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment in line with FA guidance and safeguarding requirements.

 

9. Photography and Communications

  • The club may use approved communication channels to share important information regarding training, fixtures, events, and club updates.
  • Any use of photographs, videos, or other media involving players will be managed in accordance with the club's safeguarding protocols

  • Players will be recorded during matches again this will be managed in accordance with the clubs safeguarding protocols. 

 

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • Beighton Juniors FC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
  • Parents/guardians will be notified of any significant changes, and continued membership will constitute acceptance of the updated terms
